FaceThe warm smell of the morning wakes my twitching muscles as I stand on my feet. Nearly losing balance, I walk to the bathroom and stare at the faceless figure in the mirror. But I am human, I suppose, without a face; It makes my life less difficult. I cannot see a thing, but still I know exactly what is in front of me. Not a day goes by where the thought of having eyes and a face slips through my skull and into the open air. Leaving the bathroom behind, my footsteps are cautious and low creaks are heard from beneath my feet.
